Losing weight and keeping it off is a huge challenge for many of us. We have extensive experience in helping clients to lose weight and maintain their weight loss. JK Health and Nutrition can help you to:

 

• Understand how effective, sustainable weight loss works and eliminate any weight loss myths

 

• Help you find out if you are ready to lose weight and keep it off

 

• Help you to identify the most appropriate weight management programme for you to follow

 

• Decide on achievable weight loss goals, and provide you with all the support and guidance you need to achieve them.

Initial Consultation (75 minutes)

If appropriate, prior to your initial consultation you will be provided with a health questionnaire and a 3 day food diary, which we ask you to complete as accurately as possible, and bring with you to your consultation. Follow up consultations (30 minutes)

A follow up consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss your progress and talk through any difficulties you are experiencing in relation to achieving your weight loss goals. During your follow up consultation your dietitian will:

Gold Package - £POA

The gold package can be specifically tailored to meet your needs and can include all or some of the services listed above. Please contact us to discuss how we can meet your needs.

• Discuss your medical history, your health, lifestyle and eating habits.

 

• Work with you to understand the factors which are preventing you from losing weight, and help you to develop techniques to overcome them.

 

• Calculate your individual nutritional requirements, and analyse your diet (using your food diary to ensure you are meeting them.

 

• Take a full set of anthropometric measurements including measurement of your height, weight, BMI, body composition (including % body fat) and waist circumference.

 

• Use the information you provide, to work with you, to set your achievable weight loss goals.

 

• Work with you to create a tailored plan with easy to understand, practical suggestions to help you achieve your goals.

 

• Provide you with all the resources you need to implement the agreed changes.

• Discuss your progress towards your weight loss goal.

 

• Repeat the anthropometric measures (height, weight, BMI, body composition and waist circumference) so you can see the progress you are making.

 

• Help you to make further changes to your diet/lifestyle so you can achieve your personal goals.
